"We've been working on some home renovations, and our toilet's removed so some tiles in the bathroom can be fixed. When the toilet drain pipe became clogged and backed up, the sewage flooded our bathroom and into our crawl space. We were referred to Elements Restoration by our plumbers, and two technicians were able to come out almost immediately for an assessment, and they had an estimate to me by the end of the same day! They were able to come out a couple days later to completely fix the problem: they removed the affected vapor barrier in the crawl space, disinfected the entire affected section and put in the clean, new vapor barrier. I really appreciated Elements' extremely fast service, exceptional customer service (I worked with Tory and Sara in person, and spoke to Sara on the phone a couple times), and their reasonable prices.
